“Biggest grief, remembering the home in the universe we came from” - thank you Lee! The entire segment gave me chills - I have a soul oil portrait made in 2005 by a woman who became an artist in her late 50’s based on her awakening. she was at an and I felt drawn to her for some reason. In the oil painting she included this nebula type star system and said my soul was connected to this star system somehow. As she was creating the painting, tears were gathering in my eyes; as have always felt like my home was beyond this planet, but she didn’t know that about me, so it felt like my inner guidance was sending me a big hug right through her channeling visuals. ❤

I have been in isolation for months. The abuse and grief started to pour out of my mind and body. I had a breakdown, and I couldn't function any longer. Now, I am healing my grief and letting go of the trauma in my body through yin yoga, reading books, with Lee. What I am learning is the only way to heal is through the soul.
