I have been in isolation for months. The abuse and grief started to pour out of my mind and body. I had a breakdown, and I couldn't function any longer. Now, I am healing my grief and letting go of the trauma in my body through yin yoga, reading books, with Lee. What I am learning is the only way to heal is through the soul. It knows what you need to heal, listen to it!!!! ❤❤❤ Thank you, Lee 😊

I’m going through the same things, and have Lyme which has disabled my broken shoulder from 10 months ago from healing completely. I’ve isolated myself as well because of physical abuse, financial issues and trauma. I don’t know why this all escalated, and I’m in a bad state. I’m trying to get out of this. It’s not me. 🙏🌷💫

@@vsotey Wow! Thank you so much! I hope you get out of yours as well, if you are the victim of this. I went through hell in the fall with my grown son abusing me, and I’m 4’ 9”! What a bully! Now I have illness and freeze response right when I’m supposed to be doing my taxes! People can be cruel! I NEVER thought I’d be in this position! I was always giving, a teacher, but I’ll for 20 years because of toxic breast implants, mold toxicity, and now Lyme! You don’t want to be around me! Bad luck follows me!

“Biggest grief, remembering the home in the universe we came from” - thank you Lee! The entire segment gave me chills - I have a soul oil portrait made in 2005 by a woman who became an artist in her late 50’s based on her awakening. she was at an and I felt drawn to her for some reason. In the oil painting she included this nebula type star system and said my soul was connected to this star system somehow. As she was creating the painting, tears were gathering in my eyes; as have always felt like my home was beyond this planet, but she didn’t know that about me, so it felt like my inner guidance was sending me a big hug right through her channeling visuals. ❤

I love the messages Lee brings through. I did find the music accompanying this one to be distracting. The message didn't seem to come in the regular pattern, but was affected by the music.
