@@steveroessel608if you’re referring to the start of lap 6, I thought it was fine. He did move reactively at first but there was enough space to do it safely and cover the line. When Dave (or should I say, ‘Mac’) moved back to the left it was clear that he wasn’t able to make another attempt on the outside, so Adam’s second move wasn’t what I’d consider to be blocking, I think he was just able to get back on the ideal racing line without hindering Dave. At very high levels of driving like this, moves that would look like blocking usually aren’t. I think the more egregious move was when Dave absolutely murdered that poor guy while exiting the chicane at the end of the back straight 😂

Just had an awesome 4 way battle for the win here. Probably the best, and most challenging race I've had in a while. Tough racing with bump drafting, draft breaking and going 3 wide. 0 incident points between us all for 10 laps. Amazing really.

It was me back in 2016 that got Snetterton into production. Having a chat with Tony. It was this or Rockingham at that moment. It was mainly to complete the MSV licence.

What an insane week its been. been pushed back and forth between 2nd/3 and bottom of 1st/2 splits for the multi class races on this track this week. Great for learning brake modulation and weight transfer but man the big grids... they're fun but I have never had such a low safety rating lol.

I've never driven at Snetterton before this week, but gradually got the hang of it. I started off in the 24's, but gradually improving with each session I do. My best now is a 22.1, but averaging high 22's, low 23's

i like the editting where you're obviously driving on your own (after you punted nikita for example ;) ) and it cuts to the external shots rather than the in car shot

hey dave, any tips on the mazda on cold tires? even if i keep it easy i still loose the rear when off throttle going into entry of turns. what am i doing wrong? once tires are warm im good to go.

You've just got to be a little earlier and more gentle on the brakes/throttle and super smooth with your steering inputs on the first couple of laps. So slippery 😁

you still using the VX pro pedals. Got mine today and fitted so tomorrow i will have a mess around with the settings and feeling of the pedals. Do you have any tips?

Yes I am. When mounting id tilt them forwards to get the rear bolts in. Real pain if you don't 😁

Release the preload from the spring and move the spring down closest to the pedal 👍

Dave is about to get PAID!!! NFL minimum salary is US$750,000 and teams are always looking for top players at every position. With such a surgical punt like that, don't be surprised if you start getting calls from NFL teams. But also, after completing lap 4 your laps were "abnormal" due to discontinuity. Could have been a factor.

Snetterton is a great layout, it has flow, and it has a couple of difficult complexes, especially the full track layout.........The only thing wrong with it, is that it's flat.

I've had the Asetek base for over a year. I liked the VRS but I preferred the dd1 as aesthetically it was much nicer. The Asetek base is awesome 👍

PS: I find Snetterton really hard. Very flat, no camber to aid in turning, so sliding is really easy.

@@Jack96993 It is the boneheads that are the problem though no matter what series you do or split. There is always at least one somewhere and I always seem to find them no matter how much I try to avoid. Reason I have given up on Officials and just use it for League races and AI racing.

Was that "punt" avoidable? Probably. But that's also racing. At worst if I were a steward, you'd get a slap since ultimately it's your fault but that's also just racing. Def not intentional and what id have told you is you were sort of out of control, which is what got you in that spot. But also, he did move that way. Mostly innocent, 2 cars trying to occupy the same space.

Or, guy on second account which is pretty much as his other account, accidentally collides with another car on track. 😁 Depends which narrative you want to run with
