Here's a tip: You can put a plastic liner in the part where the pulp goes. It saves a lot of washing.

China brand. LolSo we bought this one since at least we knew the brand name and it was about the same price.Imagine our surprise when we make two 16 oz cups of celery juice and have leftover celery. We juiced it and made almost another cup! Same thing happened with our cucumber juice. So it's about 20 - 30 % more juice than our other two juicers including the masticating cold press one!The motor is so much stronger on this one than the Aikcook. It sucks in the vegetables and spits them out like it's angry.I've only had it a few days so don't know how long it will last but all the plastics and interior is much stronger and better made than the other two we had. If it breaks, I can buy a new one with the savings in vegetable bill. Haha.This literally is going to save me about 60- 80 bucks a month because of the juice output. No one likes to waste food.Update! It broke in 8 days. Motor started freaking out. I'm going to get another of them and try my luck because I really really want this one to be the one.

i use a veggie brush and a tooth brush to get in the small areas, once i learned not to hold it so the scraps would land on the other side it was easy.

How do you reset the safety switch if after the Juicer stops from over pushing vegetables in the chute? According to the book if it stops by itself due to overloading the Juicer cuts off and in order to restart you have to wait 10 minutes and start again. But after 10 minutes and you restart it and it doesn't start, how do you reset the safety switch?

I purchased this juicer from offer up and it worked fine some how that little tiny mechanism near the bottom of the scrap bin has broken off which allows the unit to not power on unfortunately the seller did not provide the owner’s manual, so please if anyone has a owner’s manual could you please look inside of it and see if there is a way to order replacement part or a customer service phone number , I would greatly appreciate it so much and guess what the email does not work and the phone number does not work either. I like this one better because it's actually easier to clean. The blade and net are way easier. The whole task of cleaning is a pain tho especially when you have other things going on.
