She snacks on a whole lot of processed crap if you ask me. Chip this, cracker that, keto this, low carb that, roll this, dough that. My son snacked on fruit, veg, nuts and homemade snacks. Not so much processed junk. JMHO.

I recently went to Whole Foods to get my grass fed eggs and yes they have amazing sales!! If you know how to shop, you’ll be surprised with the quality of the food at a cheaper price, especially 365 store brand

I don't know if everyone's whole foods does as of yet, but mine in Greenville, SC now has a lot of 100% grass-fed ground beef and steaks, the beef can be a little cheaper at Aldi or Lidl but the steaks are priced pretty well!.

Be careful! Many competitors like Aldi, sprouts sell grass fed beef but it is not "organic grass fed beef". I see people comparing prices all the time with Whole Foods. That is not a fair comparison. You want to make sure it is organic.

Bobby I went to Kroger and looked at all the Cascadian Farms cereals and couldn't find one that was not loaded with sugars or had natural flavors listed, you had mentioned in one of your prior videos that Cascadian Farms was a good one to buy, help Please I want to thank you for sharing all your great research and information about reading labels and reviewing the added sugars! Wow, Once I started reading the added sugar I couldn't believe how much sugar I was putting into my body! I was drinking a gmo free juice but once i read the sugars boy I quit drinking that one! Bobby, Aldi sells a butter from grass fed cows that is Irish. It is $3.49 for 8 oz. Therefore one pound is $6.98. That's not terrible.

I just bought one bag to try out to see if I liked them because I don't usually like coconut flavored things. I did like them. They reminded me of the flavor of rice Chex. Text you're too. But the bag said it held two servings and I couldn't stop until I'd eaten the whole bag.

In my Costco in New York they replaced the Harmless Harvest Coconut Water with Organic Genius Coconut Smoothie.This smoothie is delicious! I had to travel an extra 20 minutes to another Costco to get the Coconut Water.

Bobby, Keto cups are super expensive. At Costco, they have NoSugar Keto Cup with clean ingredients and more than half price of Keto cups. Our Costco at West Coast brought Harmless coconut water again. They did not have it for a short time. One more thing, I agree with the shopper who commented about changing his life. I learned so much about ingredients from you. Thank you. Rose is super cute and smart.

Hello I am new to your channel, and I am really enjoying your fun video's. Will you take the time to explain msg in food and how we can avoid in store bought food! I have a 4yr old toddler with ASD and I read that diet is big for children on the spectrum. I am not a great cook but I am doing my best to try to change his diet with gluten free foods and now I am looking to learn more about how to avoid msg. I hope you can help 🙏. @@susanclark3756 It might mean higher prices if people don't pay for the items. That's called "stealing." However, Bobby and the VAST majority of others who sample an item in the store pay for the item when they checkout, so prices are unaffected.
