Great video and also some great tips I’m defiantly going to try them out. Caffeine has zero affect on me too I could sleep so I will try the tip of having it later . Today I felt so overwhelmed as I had an awful night sleep woke up at 5 I think and fell back asleep at 6.30 and I need to wake up at 7 . I honestly wish I just got up at the time as I felt awful all day and you know when the slightest thing could make you cry . Lilly you really are one of my favourite people , you really cheered me up with this video and thanks for your complete honestly as I feel I’m not the only one who dances and sings to herself 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. It really made me laugh i do all the things u was doing , I think I talk to myself and even answer lol 😂. I jump at the littlest thing as well even my shadow before now 🤣🤣🤣🤣. I knocked on my neighbours door today and she answered and it made me jump I was like you scared me she looked at me like I was mad 😂😂😂I mean what am I expecting her to do of course she gonna answer . I’m always losing everything the remote is the worst no one can ever find it . ❤️ well done for completing the challenge you done amazing

Hahaha the amount of times Nick asks me who were you talking to and say no one (completely unaware I must have been thinking out loud. He thinks I am crazy. I am so glad you found me, we are like “soul sisters” ❤️

Or I ask my husband really weird things and he says where did this come from it’s so random . I think I’m thinking it and then say it to him and expect him to know what I mean . I’m glad I found you too and yes we are like soul sisters ❤️
