Being obese is not healthy. That is what's wrong with us black folks, we put ourselves in situations then when consequences follow we want somebody to pray for us. We know when we are eating to much, numbers don't lie. Let us all pay attention to our health. We pray before every meal asking God to make harmful foods be nurishment to our body, when there are so many healthier options. Doesn't make sense. We aren't meant to be garbage disposals.

The food system is systemic oppression that is killing communities. Do not accept obesity, do not accept a system that causes disease, suffering, and death. I know how hard it is, I've lost 103lbs and I refuse compliance with this system.
