Mvg is a class act, not only was it an amazing match but seeing both Smith and Mvg being humble to each other was so refreshing. Mvg also praising Smith when Smith was trying to be nice about winning. I was happy with whoever won. An amazing final, amazing outcome, amazing commentary, amazing scenes. Did we just watch a contender for one the best finals ever.

I really dig smith and mvg, and it’s great to see smith win! But for me it wasn’t the greatest final ever. There was not enough drama for that. Has to be barney taylor 2007

Great champ, love him, so gracious and just goes about his game. The way he went straight to his family, choked me up watching that last night. Not one of those in your face celebrating every 180 type of blokes, he hardly even celebrated the 9 darter. Imagine if price had hit that 9, he would've been bouncing off the walls for half hour.

@@fourcandles9413 my father beat eric bristow and he was registered blind he had 30%vision at the time . Erics dartitis was a crying shame too . Ive met and seen phil taylor great player . I saw my father play john in 1979 at an exhibition on our local civic hall dad was on 32 john was on 170 and checked out .i have said hi to 2 named and yes they were all gifted and top ambassadors for the game .
