Did you ever confirm the pelican 1510 being the same case

I have not confirmed for myself. Everything I have read about the two cases say they are identical interior dimensions.

I was able to look at these kits weeks before at Vegas to Reno in 2021. McKenzies offroad had them to check out.

Do you know who the tool manufacturer is? How is the quality?

I am not sure who the manufacturer of the tools are. The ratchets, sockets, wrenches and many of the other tools in the kit are on par with icon/ cornwell brand tools.
