I had my first WHOOPIE pie a few weeks ago when my better half picked me one up on a 4hr road trip to get her son home for his 7 day off from trucking. I'm OBSESSED with them now. I need a whoopie pie festival in my life.

We always get our whoopie pies from Shady Maple. We tried the shoofly pie ones and didnt really care for them. We like the oatmeal raisin ones and chocolate with peanut butter filling.

I used to work at Hershey farms a few years back and remember making and freezing the pies. It takes a lot of work to do but it definitely is fun to do

This looked like such a fun festival. Your BBQ looked good and we were blown away with them making 80,000 whoopie pies. Choosing which whoopie pies to buy would be the greatest challenge - they all looked so good. The whoopie pie slingshot seemed like a blast and the whoopie pie eating contest was really entertaining. Wow, that was fun! Oooh, when I saw that Red Velvet with buttercream, I almost cried. I love Red Velvet, but NOT with the cream cheese filling. I could eat buttercream for days. looked like fun guys. we’ve stayed at Hershey farm a few times. very underrated place to stay. we live only 3 hours or so from Lancaster. we average 4 to 5 visits per year. thanks for the heads up on the festival.

Wonderful video. You have the best festivals in the north! I like chocolate and peanut butter. I would choose Bobbi's whoopie pie. I would also like pumpkin spice. GA is finally starting up fairs and festivals. Went to an arts & crafts fest last weekend. I love this time of year. Fall is best of ALL.

I live in ohio Amish country and have never seen most of those Whoopie pie flavors. Looked so good ! My almost 3 year old was watching it with me and she saw the doll dresses - she yelled at the screen for you to get her one 🤣❤️

We missed the festival this year but we love visiting at festival time We freeze some that we get and when we want them we thaw slightly and it is just like having a ice cream sandwich!!! Awesome video!!!

I grew up in Robinson, Illinois, where Heath bars are made. At times, the air smelled so fattening!!

My goodness what a great video! It was a great day. I'm glad they served some bbq, wating Whoopie Pies all day probably isn't a great idea. The bbq looked awesome too. What shocked me most was 80,000 Whoopie Pies were made and judging by the looks of things most were sold. 80,000 pies is a tremendous amount and almost 400 flavors? How much fum is that? I would like to have tried the pumpkin, carrot cake, red velvet, the adult blackberry sangria, the chocolate rum, chocolate, banana and a couple others I don't recall, lol! Hershey Farms really went all out and it looks like a huge success and a fun way to spend the day! I loved Bobbie's Whoopie Pie shirt! That was cool and I was curious about the gluetn free choc./peanut butter. It sounded good! It looks like you had a wonderful time and I wish we had something like that! I make chocolate original Whoopie Pies at Christmas. I put them in the grandkids stockings and we take a bunch of homemade cookies to the police dept., fire dept., ambulance crew, hospital and our mail man, l! I also have some smaller boxes to give to the UPs driver, Fedex and USPS driver. Everyone looks forward to it and the one year I couldn't do it (I was in hospital) Everyone checked on us to make sure we were ok. I thought that was the sweetest thing! This was just an awesome video! I'm so glad I'm going back to all the missed videos!!! Jill Gross
