Pile 1: I cut people out of my life, I got tired of feeling like people are trying to change me but it’s not even in a healthy way. A lot are family there’s jabs whenever I visit these people and it’s extremely hurtful, but I’m learning how to let go of others hurtful expectations of me and putting away the fact that I kept their pain whenever I left them. I’d feel drained and tired and it literally took weeks to feel like me, but I’d hold onto those angry feelings for so long. I had a birthday yesterday and I went to sleep angry, but I’ve taken the bounce, and I’m getting back to me already! Basically I’m using my mind to think about leaving their energy there, and it’s not mine to carry, it has absolutely nothing to do with me etc. And that’s really helping me. I also left a toxic partner, I blocked him and no contact at all. Taking care of me and loving me again 💕

I chose both 3 & 5. A connection I ended I feel is subconsciously trying to see if they can start it up again. Nope. This cannot happen as they are too low vibrational.
