The Video is made to give clients and interior designers (Freelancers) Why 100% Payment is mandatory in the service industry, especially in the interiors industry where the payout of the last payment is always a nightmare for all the companies and modern firms came up with the 100% payment upfront concept with Contract which will make life easier for all the people in the interiors industry.
Usually, 60% of Project are delayed by Micro & Medium scale companies due to fund deficiency and bad management of funds, under-estimating of the work, and deadline shooting which is the main factor why clients are always unhappy in the end and usually end up not paying 100%, in the end, making double the loses for all the people who work as an organization.
I have tried to convey my opinion about the new trend and why clients and companies both should follow the same and there should be mutual understanding from the client's end and from the company's end as well.
For the Idea of How 100Rs are spent (Approx)
38% - Material
18% - Labor
12-15% - Office Staff (per month)
18%- Taxes & Miscl Costing (Cleaning, Porting etc)
7% - Paintwork
12% - Granite,Tiles , Countertop work, Civil Work
3% - Miscl-Discount,Escalation in pricing
5% - Company's Net Profit (Offen Loss)
Above % differ from organization to organization but usually no more than 7-10%
For Freelance People They usually Don't Have Staff costs Hence their projects are less making lesser profits.
