I feel like it has to be higher than 57% but people aren’t speaking up about it.

As someone who writes code, the expectation to dumb down my work so a micromanager can know how to nit-pick it is demoralizing.

Is it possible that people who are debt free (like me) are frustrated because they still have a significant amount of taxes and government fees to pay. Their money doesnt actually go to them, it goes to corruption within government agencies and perpetual pensions when the normal man has nothing other than a 401k and social security that will likely be gone by rhe time they rerire?

They know that.. but they won’t do that. You know and I know that. Just won’t happen tho. Capitalism and corporate greed.

You have a grossly overpaid management problem. Society sees how lost and incompetent the people are that run things. It’s like real life is a sitcom

I think most people take jobs to pay the bills, and not necessarily because it's something they enjoy. Also, many job roles can change where the employee is no longer happy with the change in duties, hours, or management.

I think as a society, there's too many choices. As we work, we think that there's always something more greener. Job is a job, nobody loves to clean toilets but someone has to.

Toxic bosses are always promoted so they don't care about anyone but themselves. The supervisors either view employees as good or bad depending upon their values.

I don’t think it’s that many who necessarily dislike their job. I think it’s the cost of living has gone way up in many areas and they are finding it hard to afford things, just my theory.

This is happening currently in the return to work for the federal government. The people in charge of the workforce at OMB directed a change for all agencies to comply with under their control, the agencies then discussed it with executive level leadership, and then they made a mandate for all the other workers to follow. My local managers were not involved and the decision-making process. When you ask questions about it, they gave the general lip service answers about the policy. Very interesting that Ken discusses this topic of listening and yet even when they do reach out in some cases they do not listen still.

This could be a listening problem on leadership. It could also be a listening problem on the workers too.its take two to tango.

Great point. But employers a d owners have to admit that they've been treating ppl wrong or over working. It starts with accountability. Then we move forward

@@sewerdawgs Well some employers and some owners are bad just as some are also good and do try to interact fairly. Employees can be good and bad. People look at managers and owners and think "geez.. if I had that position and paycheck then everything would be hunky dory" and don't realize that employees go home at the end of their shift. The managers and owners are usually putting in extra hours to ensure everything is ready for the next day. I think people tend to forget this that unless you are the owner that you are at the mercy of the employer. At the end of the day the employer is there to make money.. employing personnel to assist in that is part of the business. What would you do if you had a tool that didn't work for the purpose it was meant to? You would replace it. I've seen good employees and bad employees. I've seen good employers and bad employers. It is a two way street. When the situation is at the point where the business is costing more than it's producing.. this is where automation starts coming into play.

@@ryanb5188 Employers n bosses have always pointed 👉 the finger at employees. After working 120 hrs a week. For once the employees are speaking up. Quite quitting. And the bosses n owners, investors say Noone wants to work. Employees found out thr game is rigged and dnt want to play

Truly, investing has changed my perspective on how one can succeed in life; working multiple jobs isn't the optimal way to attain financial freedom and unfortunately, we discover this later in life. Currently earn as much as 12 grand weekly and this has improved my financial life

Leadership are treating low wage as sustainable life. Leadership are blind to the working life of common people. Cut the executive pay to the median pay then they can study the reality of work.
