Its just where you choose to live, and knowing the cost of living in the Bay Area. I took intitiative and took a second job, sold my Condominium and moved to an area with a cheaper cost of living. I spend $850 on a 2bd 2bth townhouse, so 1000+ for a garage not including utilities is not the best deal. If I had the money I would help someone like her to move to a lower cost of living area.

@@becky_1919 well not all of us live on the cheap side of town lady. Back when i lived in la i stayed in a remodeled garage almost exaclty like this one in North Hollywood for 800$ a month. And it was fantastic, and significantly cheaper than the surrounding apartments and a much better location that say south central. She can obviously move to a cheaper part of town if she wants to and get a much better deal for her money she just chooses not to.

I would imagine her job is in that location but I do agree she should consider applying for a similar position in a cheaper area, as for it being news haha I have no idea.
