Hi Sir, 2 questions: 1. Can doors be fixed in AAC/Fly ash bricks without column present on other side? 2. If i want to add partitions walls and there is no beams to bear the load, which is best to make partition walls? fly ash or aac? (For Context: I want to make some changes in the room sizes before plastering in a G+3 residential building, but there are no slab beams to support the load, so i want to know the best alternative so that the load on my slab is not increased and my walls are fairly strong as well.. thanks)

AAC block Maine v kaam karwaya hai par 😢 haad se zada hair line crack aa gya hai maine inner outer dono walls 4" block use ki hai aap log agar use karo to 6" bala use karo outer or 4" use karo partion or ek major baat isme kille rukti nahi hai jaise ki humne electric ⚡💡 ka kaam hua hai us se bulb holder nikal ke aa jaa rahi hai 😢 ye sasta to hai lekin ye sab dikkat hai jab ki mai 3 block matlab 2 , 2 feet ki height par copping beam v di hai sath mein chicken mass v use ki hai fir bhi 😌 lambi lambi crack aya hai upar se niche tak grade 1 ka block lagaya tha 4 mpa MTC. v check Kiya 50 din purana block lagaya adhesive ke sath 650 rs / beg asa v nhi ki hai labour ne dhoka dhadi ki hai bhai service engineer ke dekh rekh mai kaam hua hai 😢ab dikhaya to bata raha hai ye temperature 🌡️ garmi se asa hua hai isiliye mai suggest karunga red brick 🧱 lagao best hai apne ghar ke liye

India mei problem ye hai jisko jis cheez ki knowledge nahi hoti woh uske baare mei baat karte hai. Aksar mestri aur unqualified contractors AAC ko badnaam karte hai. AAC har parameter mei red brick se bahtar hai. AAC block lagaane k procedure alag hai, red brick lagaane waale ko bina training k AAC block lagaane agat bolenge toh bilkul problems aate hai. Bohot saare high rise buildings hai jahaan AAC use hua bina kisi problem k. Agar ek qualified engineer k supervision mei kaam ho toh AAC bohot behtar perform karega. Mai 8 saal se use kar raha hun without any problem.

Mera ghar ban raha hai, main contractor se poocha iske baare mein to usne mere saamne do chaar logo se baat ki, sabne iski burai ki, plaster nahi pakdega keel thokne par burada ho jata hai crack ho jayega etc. ab samajh mein aaya ki jisko jismein fayda(profit) hoga wo usi ke gun gaan karega aur baaki ki burayi

AAC block not suitable for Indian house contruction. Western countries allready rejected it. It havent any strength. Electric conduit work and switch board fixing extreme difficult. Cost also extreme high. It have good insulation properties. Remaining all factors negative.

When you built frame structure loads are divided uniformly by columns and beams, so you can use AAC blocks easily. Due to the light weight of blocks the building will be less dense load.
