I have wanted to do health coaching before it was even recognized and now being in the healthcare field for 10+ yrs and being so turned off, I know that I have to do this. When you did pratice actively as a health coach were you able to do so full-time or was it when you decided to switch training coaches to have a business that you were able to do so full-time without any other income sources?

I worked full-time as a health coach by splitting my time between my own health coaching clients and filling a health coaching position in corporate wellness, during which time I was on track to enter full time self employment if I wanted to go that way, although I loved the dual income at the time! I kind of fell into my first business mentorship clients and started down that pathway before I decided to leave my corporate wellness job - essentially things organically overlapped as I discovered my passion for entrepreneurship but self employment was always the pathway!
