While we effortlessly grasp the intricacies of fingers, joints, and gestures, AI is still catching up in the art class. The devil's in the details, and hands are a devilishly complex subject - from foreshortening to subtle variations in poses, it's a real head-scratcher for our algorithmic artist pals. Despite their lightning-fast processing power, AI struggles to decode the finesse of hand movements and the subtleties of form, leaving us with some unintentionally wonky hand art. It's a reminder that even the smartest machines have a lot to learn about the delicate dance of digits! 🤖✏️👐

Had this issue 6 months ago - but for the past 2 months, never seen the problem since. Ai still in infancy but is evolving fast - 1000's of companies now use it and many are replacing employees: BT telecom fired 10,000 for Ai, Drop Box fired 500 for Ai, IBM fired 8,000 for Ai, D&D Wizards of the Coast fired 1,100 this week, Stack Overflow just laid off around 100 employees for Ai, Informatica just laid off 545 employees for Ai, Amazon fired 400 employees of Alexa for Ai, etc. and this is after all these companies have had record breaking years in sales. 44% of companies next year are expecting to layoff people to be replaced by Ai.

The way i see this. Using an AI to generate image is like a client asking an artist to draw in certain ways to meet his request.

I find it fascinating that AI has problems drawing one's hands. While in the practice of lucid dreaming, if trying to decipher if you're awake or dreaming, you can look at your hands. When In a lucid dream your hands often appear misshapen. Knowing this can help in practicing.

As a drawing artist myself, I can tell that hands are so difficult to draw. I rarely draw them for that reason.😅

Why not train it with a graphics engine that has realistic 3d animated hand models and gives sufficient information to be more severe in identifying real hands while animating, changing camera positions and render them?
