I've noticed on my 2015 Cascadia, when I lift the splitter into high gear, the pressure fully builds instead of sitting at 65 psi when splitter is in low gear. What is that about!?

Your gear knob have leak.

Try when u parked if it builds up that mean ur gear knob have some air leak. But if you also have to hit RPM and go in high speed than it's a different problem.
