This was my favorite interview I’ve ever done. So many gems on personal branding, audience growth systems, building a $1B empire, and enjoying the journey. Get a pen and paper. Take notes. Because if you action even half of what is in this video you’ll crush it this year.

what is amazing about alex hormozi is that his wealth is entirely made up. there is literally zero verifiable proof about any of it. next, he takes some of the old tai lopez, russell brunson formula and modernizes them, throws in some good old public speaking and "not selling anything" while selling hardcover "collector's items" and now he is actually making real money out of it. i have not seen anyone play the whole fake it till you make it game any better. that is what the interview should have been about as that would be actually interesting.

Davide from Canada here. Alex is the real deal. I am friends with one of his early coaches (he mentioned them in Ep 600) and he said Alex and Leila operate on another level. Everyone talks about Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk changing the world, and they have, but his next to be in that sphere of influence and impact. We are all blessed to have the Hormozi's spilling their learnings for all to enjoy. But the work needs doing, so roll up the sleeves, engage with the content, execute like crazy, and then create something that you are proud to own (not it own you).

So many gems. 10mins in and I love the part about how to accomplish your 10-year goal in 1 year and being selective of what to work on, especially the longer-term projects, and what will meaningfully compound. 'The rich get richer faster...because of what they choose NOT to pursue' They're always looking for the 10x opportunities. Not the 2x.

Ridiculous value here. The final bit about what document vs create actually means just unlocked something for me 🫡⚡️I have experimented with vlogging daily, but it’s so time consuming and it’s another thing I am adding-meanwhile, I journal everyday…and those realizations can probably be more valuable than my vlog because they’re condensed. Alex's insights on personal branding are spot on. One advanced tactic for entrepreneurs is to leverage 'content repurposing'-turning a single piece of content into multiple formats (blog posts, tweets, podcasts) to maximize reach without extra work. It's a game-changer for efficiency and exposure.

Great video. One video note, Kylie J. was never a Billionaire, the article was redacted as she lied about her numbers.

Hey Matt thanks for creating this podcast for us! I was actually reaching out to you because I think you've got the smarts to beat the algorithm, but maybe you need a boost. I'm all about helping long video channels like yours grow by making snappy clips. Your content's got real value, and I'm itching to collaborate. Wanna test the waters with a sample video? If it clicks, awesome; if not, no biggie. Let me know if you're game! Cheers!
