Comparing yourself with others is like hurting yourself, right?
It's like a war that never ending and you can't win.
While you browse through images on Instagram, just remember that "real life" is more beautiful than "Insta-life". Everything that have you seen on Instagram will make you feel that you're not good enough. You must know that everything on social media is not real. Behind an instagram photo that you seen there are many stories that we've never known. There are many insecurity that can't be expressed. The same insecurity like we feel. So far, we only see their happy life, their successfull stories, and their photoshop selfies without knowing the reality.
If you see anything looks perfect on Instagram, make it as your inspiration, your role models, and also your motivation! Dont hate your life, your body, or anything that you curently have. Just be grateful and love your self first, so you'll slowly comparing yourself with other.

I really can relate to this ... I remember spending times looking at the mirror hating on the way i look ... I cried sometimes , but at the end , no one is ugly ! someone can see your beauty but someone else won't ...no one is perfect !

I have extreme low self esteem and hate that I exist. So I'm wasting my life away. My mom tells me to meditate and she wants me to get better, but sometimes I push her away. I'm scared of life. In actuality nobody always comes to cheer you up or make you feel better... I'm 25, I've been having these feelings since I was 14.

“Be the best version of yourself” I literally cried till the end of this film. I am so insecure when I was young until now I am still insecure about myself. I feel lonely at the same time happy being alone, I am scared of getting rejected that’s why I never asked a girl out before and there’s this one girl I really like but i am so scared that I just keep quiet about it, I sometimes have anxiety whenever I talk to people and whenever I talk with women because I got rejected back then and my heart just beats so fast when I talk with them. I am trying, working, progressing, and making a system to make the best version of myself. I have a dream that someday I want to work where I am happy and I’m focusing on doing that right now and not caring about anything else except family. Thank you for this video.

But this guy just make the sentences looks like something sad "U can wash away your insecurities with alcohol wipes and the friends you don't have" This guy makes something metaphorcaly positive and just make it looks bad and "ironic" with the words he chose. This guy just makes everything looks like the opposite and sad. He makes it look "ironic" I don't have a better way to explain it tho :/

Crying while watching this. This is so relatable. I am really insecure about myself, I hate the way I look everytime i go to school I see some pretty girls I mean they are all so pretty. I'm just looking at there faces and asking myself how could I be pretty like them , I always think how could someone so effortless pretty without trying hard unlike me I always trying hard. I have a lot of acne since I started as a teenager. I'm thinking and caring how I look everyday. I use to envy others but I don't hate anyone just because I'm insecure. But right now as I've watched this video , a lot of tears have fallen from my eyes. This is not just about myself but I have seen a lot on KZfaq how young girls and women handle their insecurities. My low self-esteem is getting low everyday the way I look into others face, body. I've been searching a video like this and yeah this video is really relatable.

Yup this is also an ugly side of the world Some people love attention and sympathy Which creates barriers/problems for people who r genuinely insecure Bcs of such people, some person who genuinely needs help and support shies away from opening up bcs they r scared they might be misinterpreted and looked upon as attention seeking wannabes

I don't think that's always the case. What is attractive to everyone is different, and it is plenty possible to see a pretty person who feels ugly, that's the thing, no matter how pretty you are beauty standards are so fake that no one can feel pretty. We don't see natural bodies like we used to, we see photoshopped bodies, we see bodies that have had tons of plastic surgery done to them, and no matter who you are, you get shamed. So whole some people may indeed try to play the victim card, it's also possible for conventionally attractive people to feel bad about themselves.

I cried during this video because I related to most of the things they said that your insecure about 😥 my parents and grandma and family always tell me that I'm beautiful, even random people that I don't know, but I just don't know why I'm addicted to picking in myself. My teenage phase felt like a race I never wanted to be in. Teachers relatives classmates constantly telling me I am too fat too thin too tall too non girly. My life was a canvas given to me but everyone else was painting on it. My parents and my siblings are great but the moment I kept my feet out of my house. I was hunted down with people and their paint brushes. I knew I was sinking. But due to my career, and focusing on myself things changed and now if someone comes with their brush to paint on my canvas, I smile and say thanks but it's mine.

This is lesson learn to our self. To those have this experiences that you are insecure to yourself. if you feel you are ugly don't judge others too, because you know the feeling of being ugly. and you know what is the feeling of insecure. Be matured enough to your words. Words can kill confidence of others. And sometimes you need to accept words that make you pain because all of those words is for you. To be a better person. to change yourself. be smart to those words and expands your perspective to every words that you heard.

When i was young , i thinked that im beautiful, i loved my self , i never compared my self to any other girl , because im so different and unique , you can't compare between too cats , the first is black and the second is wight or multicolore , because both of them are so cute , but , one day , when i go to school , to get knowledge, and improve my abilities, someone said to me that im ugly , i felt that something inside of me was broken, i was shoked !! Why everyone except my family mumbers see me ugly ?! I don't know why , the mirror also use to show me a pretty girl with a beautiful smile !! Maybe cause of the modern beauty standards, i don't know exactly why but i remember that i suffered many time of bullying when i was a teen ! Take a break and stop all your need from people who makes you feel insecure , unattractive , compares you with others, guilt trips and calls your not good enough And then in the end of the day They were a mask of innocence and say When did I hurt you ? Stay away from such people they only like you at your best because they can use you with their pride or need to satisfy themselves and humiliates you and treat's you like a trash at your worst Stay away from toxic people Take a break from caring about others who don't care about you as a person for who you are

I grew up in a cult and got abused bullied and controlled. Taking about my problems was forbidden. I experienced emotional neglet caused in mental health issues I deal with dismorphic disorder, depression and borderline since over 40 yrs those are part of my disability I'm not able to see myself like others see me or love myself

Welp we can say that am a long stick my friend and sometimes my parents tell me that I need to eat more that my bones are on my skin especially a friend .watching my friends having a perfect body while am still a stick 🤷🏻♀️ i through that I was just skinny not like that until they make me realize this year Abt this I wish I never knew I was normale 🙇🏻♀️🙇🏻♀️ not caring Abt my body but insults was getting more and more until I Do not feel good in my body 😔😔 but God created me like this I can do nothing Abt that I just have to be happy that I can walk I can hear I can see I can speak I can see I can feel some people lost some parts of their body so I don't have to think Abt that I must love my self 💓💓
