Can’t skip neck days at the gym.

That was a really good video man. I'm just going through the fist stages of diagnosing my back pain. Came on suddenly without warning in the lower back. Have had the same waking up in agony during the night and it can have such a knock on affect to the rest of your day. So to hear some of the things you've tried was very interesting. When I was 17 I had to get the surgery done. I have Harrington rods running down my back. It was a very painful procedure. I am wheelchair bound due to my physical condition but I needed it because my ribs would have compressed my lungs. My best recommendation is to try your best to avoid the surgery. Anything you can do to avoid it is worth it. Behind you 100% You got this! Best of luck!

Feel better sir and keep at it. I got all sorts of back pains too so I hear ya.

Just wanna throw out arm hangs as an idea if you havnt tried that also. Its helped me a bit with backpain in the past but for different reasons. Just thought id say it because its simple and free if u have a pull up bar or something to just hang off. It basically just decompreses the spine lets it strech out s bit.

Yeah, I know what you’re going through. I got arm and shoulder pain from arthritis. Sometimes I’m woken up in the middle of the night in excruciating pain from the joints in my shoulders. It’s getting better but it’s a slow process. Oh, did I mention I’m a drummer as well? Not good. Wishing you wellness and good health and your family. I had a friend that had this too. He got steel rods in it prob 20+ years ago and hes fine. Had a turtle shell on him for a time to help his spine but hes fine now and we are in our mid 40s Hope you get pain free soon.

I have several friends who have been gym guys for decades who suffer chronic pains. One of them has spinal curvature as well. He did the same as you on advice from his chiropractor. It seems to have worked so lets hope your therapy works as well.
