Doesn't rosemary oil have some negative effects? It does grow out hair but I heard it has side effects.

I use Whey protein mixed with an egg or two for a hair mask, and use Jamaican Black Castor Oil, Rosemary Oil and Bergamot essence for daily hair oiling

I use olive mustard and coconut oil mix....and sometime onion water mixed with mustard oil it is a best anti hair falling solution

Any advice on how best to apply? Is it better to add to wet hair , recently shampooed hair or to rub on to dry hair? Instructions are a little ambiguous so any advice is appreciated. Thanks .

Way i do it: rinse hair with water (lukewarm to cold), then saturate ur hair and scalp with ur oil of choice, and depending on ur hair type, length and texture, wash it off after lesving it on. I wash it off after 5-6 hours after applying 😊
