Something I get asked a lot is, Why are Buy-To-Let mortgages INTEREST ONLY? Well there is a reason... Today I am going to be showing you why the majority of Buy-to-Let mortgages are interest only! Do you have a Buy-to-let? Do you have an Interest Only mortgage on it? What is the different between an interest only mortgage and a repayment mortgage? Let me know if the video explaining why Buy-to-Let mortgages are usually interest only mortgages!

Great video Jamie. Would you also recommend getting interest only mortgages for first time buyers or if people are getting second homes and not planning to have them as BTLs?
