Well said but again if some body gets into personal problems like divorce and other things even at age of 40s people need to struggle with family and work. Our parents made us toxic so all the managers are toxic in India

I’ve resigned from my last job and it’s been 2 years I haven’t joined anywhere. My mental health was tarnished away in last job…. I was hired as a graphic designer and they asked me to work on excel…. I repeatedly said to my manager I don’t know excel but he was such a toxic manager, won’t understand anything and said har job mein same tarah ka kaam nai milta…. I was shocked you are asking a designer to make excel sheets 🥸😟 After repeatedly asking him to do something about my work, he pressurised me by saying ki tumhari performance nai aa rai hai and maybe you might loose your job…. Till that time I was so scared because that was covid time and many people were loosing their jobs….. after getting too much mentally exhausted, I gave up and resigned. yes toxic work culture and toxic managers make people leave their jobs…..

very true also if you will do job with dedication and till the time you give business to the company they greet you but when your performance loses then they start giving you warnings . In India there is no respect for those who pay off with their hardwork. Also everytime they keep pressurising .

Very nice and right Nikita I have also worked in byju's and left it because of it's toxic work culture. 2.5 hrs of talktime+ 20 connected calls (1-connected call when you have talktime more than 90seconds) To get attendance . If you failed to do so , you will marked as absent, and absent means your salary will be deducted. In starting they will also give 2 week offs and after 2-3 week only 1holiday in a week. They are doing dirty business of education , by doing fraud with employees as well as students. We are not allowed to use the word "loan" , during conversation with student for selling the product if costomer is not financially good. Even many students don't know that byju's has done a loan on their name and sold his product.

I started working when I was 20 now I am 22. I am working as a Developer in pretty small company. But I have learnt this lessons so far. 1) Your co workers are not your friends. 2) Your boss is not your big brother or even equivalent to your father. 3) Always hide 75% of completed work. 4) HRs are dogs shit but treat them like king/queen. 5) Do not accept the lower paying jobs. It's OK if you don't have any experience but even if you have 1 year of experience you should always demand high. 6) Do not say yes to each and every thing it will ruin your life. 7) Do not work on holidays for them, instead invest your time learning something else or build your personal projects. 8) The more you will work the more you will be given more work and your colleagues will earn for free. 9) Do not assume you are safe, you may be fired within a day due to office politics. 10) Always behave mysterious, Do not expose your self much. This are some of the things I have learnt in 2 years. Points mentioned above may sound cruel but it's reality of Indian companies. They treat employees like slaves. But I don't like to be a slave.

The true problem is the bosses or the main person heading the company. Mostly, they are biased in favour of already established CHAMCHAAS which think that they are not working but actually ruling all the other colleagues and so despite of minding their own business they backstab & backbitch about others & the worst happen when that main boss actually listens to the CHAMCHAAS, believe them & react according to them to make every other worker's life a hell.

When you are young, you think that hard work will get you success. Then you face reality and learn that hard workers are either donkeys or never employed. 95% staff in any given firm are there because they know how to play politics. The rest 5% are donkeys who are doing everyones job. A sad fact but even sadder to known that many people will learn this fact much later in their lives.

it's been very common problem in corporate sector there are so many employees are going through overloaded work and unwarranted pressure of boss, these companies take too much work and give little salary like a security guard's, apart from their full time job they have been moonlighting, on the one hand where pandemic had been a worst experience for most of population on the other hand it had been a booming thing for few.

Well parents won't accept these things , because this is what Indian stereotype is . Quitting job and pursuing passion is risky since it has very less success rate . Why because parents have their own milestones like getting settled, married if you really want to challenge your parents then they may kick you out of the house. Facts are facts that's it . Passion won't give that much money . Don't fall for these traps. Just listen to your elders . There is lot more difficulties to life than job .

Well u commented on the behalf of social and parential responsibility ok ,now listen my opinion 1) U have be independent after 12 th and pay fees on our own by doing part job nor u have to be dependent on parents 2) this is very most important As u stated that there is less success rate of following passion it's true, Sorry to be selfish to follow passion one has to leave own family own country by going to other countries like japan for animation. Now listen If u have very good ideas interested at passion but u cannot complete the wish due to society pressure keep in mind when u reach at a The age 60 the regret of not listing yo heart not following passion will make u worse. I have saw many examples that old people want to be musicians, movie makers ,etc but due to society pressure they couldn't sigh. Not giving a try for interesting thing makes ur life regret Ur statement is very obselete and even extremely case too For following passion one has to be very very selfish by not thinking parents society etc ,life is once keep in mind u taken birth alone u will die alone ,u are person mind brain which will take decision for ourself and make the greatest change in the world

Passion will u not give money yes true but it will give much level of happiness satisfaction which is more important than money , Money will come and go responsible comes and go But if u want to extra ordinary u have to be selfish everytime 🙂I'm very happy that today Indian youth is not marrying not having kids following thier passion 🙃it's will be good for future atleast they won't without any regret

But they don't know millions of people do this (with respective reason) but everybody can't do that ,bcoz they are just lucky who got the chance one in a millions. So make sure 10 times while doing something risky and then if you are still not sure .So,you can do it without any hesitation that's called risk.🙏

Thank you for this video! It's hard to agree with the fact that corporations can ruin someone's mental health. But, loss of work life balance and the travel required everyday is something that cannot be waived off. Pandemic has increased the chances of moonlighting in India and this is the outcome of a bad corporate culture that exists. Please make such relevant videos and let the world know about such unspoken experiences that nobody talks about (just to not risk their salary and responsibilities).

The are two reason for this toxic culture 1. The behaviour of customers. People belonging form any section don't know the value of any thing. Aur sasta is a very good reason for work pressure. 2. The startup era has made someone with zero knowledge to start a company and employing qualified professional. This lead to extra pressure on the employee.

I left my Job Cuz of 2 Reasons Mention in The Thumbnail Toxic environment & Extra overtime pressure. Toxic Environment is like where a company creates some rules and systems no matter what the employes have no choice instead of competing with each other And the relations gets dirty between employes no matter what They backstab each other behind their back To clean out the compitation Next the overtime To be honest my company treated me like I am a superman 🦸‍♂️ Calling me on morning 5am Asking me to get ready strictly at 6 The reason is emergency. Standing all day convincing the customer And sometimes even getting scolded by the customer Just for the sake of company. in retail field if your exiting timing is 9:00 But if a customer is shopping till 12:00 No matter what you should stop. If we ask politely it's our closing time They'll say Why the Shop exist! I mean the company and customer they both need to understand that at the end of the day we are also humans That our family is waiting for our dinner Can't even have breaks because of the Unstoppable work No overtime payments And if we are late for 30 mins Salary deducted.
