Divide and rule worked too long in this country. Despite belonging to different jaati's, we all worked together in history to protect and defend this land. Not to mention contribute to it. Try as they might, the left tries to spin narratives and make some communities victims while others villains and others superior. We are all Hindu first and foremost and they were not prepared for us to stand together and put our jaati aside and stand first and foremost for our Hindu identtiy. I don't care what jaati someone is from; all I care about it whether they are Hindu or not and whether they are for or against our people. Caste is not mentioned in The Vedas, which is the foundational text of us Hindus. Cultures change and maybe one point in time there was prejudice in our society against people who did certain jobs. H/ll even today name a country where someone doesn't look down on certain jobs and elevate people to a different standard for their job, whether it be doctor, lawyer, etc. Its our job to do away with this prejudice and I'm glad that for the first time in centuries since foreign rule, Hindus are reclaiming their religion and standing up for what it's really about. The British and their descendants which we call 'the left' tried long and hard to associate Hinduism with caste. End of the day it didn't work and Hindus chose each other and not their so called caste. Very proud of us.

@@geetaliification governance is not everything about competence. It's also about grievances of a community is heard at suitable platform, and giving them representation is a way of it. And there's no point in bringing such fallacious comparison with the Muslim league. How will you convince them for what you are wishing for especially when even after 70 years of independence, a level playing field has not been created for all. Once in while go and talk to them and try convincing them without giving adequate representation.

@@naveenchaudhary4072 Hindus of non dalit backward castes that converted to Islam after coming under the dictatorship of Bengal Sultanate, they along with some Turkic origin communities form OBC subgroup in Bengal. It's in the constitution itself, Man can change his religion not his caste. I personally know of multiple Muslims who have OBC certificates

Modi is only a man, whay matters more than the individual is the ideology and the civilisation. That being said, there are enough leaders in the bjp after modi, but yogi seems the obvious choice. If there is need for stability, betterment of relationship with rss, etc. there are leaders like Nithin gadkari and Rajnath singh that can fill modis shoes.

@@surajs5913 all true. But none has the mass appeal as that of Modi. In the last General Election, 34% of those who voted for BJP actually voted for Modi. That can sway if Modi is not around.

Hence why it's the only true Hindu party that we've ever gotten. No mention of Caste in any shruti (religious text) of Hinduism, which is basically just The Vedas, our foundational text. Over years we've just deteriorated and allowed foreign input to tell us what and how to practice and treat people culturally and socially. H/ll these same people treat black, asian, etc. all like second class citizens but they came here to tell us which jaati is higher lower, better or worse. Their descedants, the left, weren't prepared for us to cast that all aside and stand together only as Hindus. For that we have to thank BJP. Had it been Congress or any other party for that matter, we'd still be divide along arbitrary and petty things like caste. The lobby can't handle that we are reclaiming our identity, standing as proud Hindus and against their fake narratives.
