Charlotte & Phoenix are both Sunbelt cities of suburban sprawls to depend by vehicle.

Charlotte and lake Norman traffic sucks and it gets worse every year. To many people and not enough roads.

Sadly, families with children will need to afford non-public schools. Very seriously, it's not safe. If you go to a school office and ask for a walk thru or to buy & have lunch in the cafeteria, you will see the behavior & immediately know. The school system works very hard to COVER UP the violence as local TV stations, WBTV and others, work continuously investigating the school systems handling of reported sexual violence and assaults. Please keep your children safe.

People are always commenting on not wanting people to move to their city. If your city is desirable then people will move there. If no one is moving there then it is on a decline and depressed or either over priced

but can anyone give info on schools, whats not being discussed is that charlotte nc have alot of bad school ratings !! unless you can get into Myers Park lol.

Move to Union County- Waxhaw, Monroe, Weddington. Low crime and better quality of life. The light rail ruined WT Harris/ J W Clay/ IKEA blvd- too many pan handlers!

lol. wonder when was the last time florida had 65-70 degree summer temps. i lived there for 25 years as an adult and would say 95-105 would be more accurate. great video though. ty

Everybody should move to Huntersville. Close to Charlotte. Lots Of apartments and houses are being built and they are just now widening the roads. Come on down! Congest our streets even more!

Highway 73, 21, and Gilead Rd need to be expanded before anyone else moves there

There’s definitely things here for EVERYONE! We have some of the best 55+ communities near Charlotte for sure !

@@rwall3450 all depends on the area you visit! Charlotte does do a great job at attracting young professionals.

Voice goes up/down (in/out). Not consistent. Hard to hear consistently. Lots of hand movements. Your title is not consistent with your content; apparently people are staying in Charlotte.
