The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "When you get up in the morning, charity is due from every one of your joints. There is charity in every ascription of glory to Allah; there is charity in every declaration of His Greatness; there is charity in every utterance of praise of Him; there is charity in every declaration that He is the only true God (worthy of worship); there is charity in enjoining good; there is charity in forbidding evil. Two Rak'ah of Duha (Forenoon prayer) is equal to all this (in reward)".

He SallallahuAlaihi Wasallam said 360 joints. It was discovered recently that humans have 360 bones (prior to 1995 it was 340 bones) Alhamdulillah

Narrated Abu Huraira: My friend (the Prophet (ﷺ) ) advised me to observe three things: (1) to fast three days a month; (2) to pray two rak`at of Duha prayer (forenoon prayer); and (3) to pray witr before sleeping. Bukhari 1981

Don't worry sister. Our Prophet(saw)made Islam, by the Permission of Allah(swt)easy for his compagnons and so for us. Maybe it s time for you to foccus on sth different,maybe just read more or find different way to worship Him.Don't take tensions sister. Allah(swt)knows what is in your heart so....May Allah keep you safe and in good health.

"If only adults are considered, there are *360 joints* in the adult human body." - Wikipedia Sahih Muslim 1007a 'A'isha reported Allah's Messenger (Peace and blessings be upon him) as saying: Every one of the children of Adam has been created with three hundred and sixty joints; so he who declares the Glory of Allah, praises Allah, declares Allah to be One, Glorifies Allah, and seeks forgiveness from Allah, and removes stone, or thorn, or bone from people's path, and enjoins what is good and forbids from evil, to the number of those three hundred and sixty joints, will walk that day having saved himself from the Fire. Abu Taubah said: "Perhaps he said: 'Will reach the evening.'"

@@Design--om2zx yes Sahih Hadith but brother one thing, even if science didn’t back it up we will still believe it because its from the Prophet ﷺ and whatever he ﷺ says is true. We also know that science is always changing so if it didn’t back it up today it will in a 100 years but from what i Know of all the science backs up every claim the Quran and Hadith state and Allah knows best

Thats my favorite prayer. When you pray on the beach and see the sunrise wow that prayer hits differently. All the prayers are beautiful but this one is amazing.

Oh and i hav also seen in an authentic hadith that "Whoever prays salatul fajr and sits in the place of his prayer and makes Zikr of Allah till sunrise and prays 2 rakat then he'll get the reward equal to one complete Hajj" (sorry i couldn't give the reference :( .

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 586 Anas bin Malik narrated that : the Messenger of Allah said: "Whoever prays Fajr in congregation, then sits remembering Allah until the sun has risen, then he prays two Rak'ah, then for him is the reward like that of a Hajj and Umrah." He said: "The Messenger of Allah said: 'Complete, complete, complete.'"
