It would be really cool to see a planning feature like this in a multi-player game, where each player can toggle on and off a digital bread crumb trail that rpg's use for guiding players to waypoints. You could even use various plan paths you can cycle through if things change. Would help players keep themselves organized and would reduce standing around and planning.

I am interested to use the map builder (then mission builder) to show small segments on tactics on Escape From Tarkov. The idea was just to find an isometric view map I could recreate small map areas and explain now to/how not to fight, say a Duo in a certain area 🤔 My only questions at this stage are 1/ can you give the enemy a level of action (e.g. a patrol route)? 2/ does the game take into account friendly fire (particularly for red-on-red; or do they just hold fire)?

I played this game in very very early access and it looked totally different. Your operators were just colored differently, and there weren't that many guns. The game has come so so far since then, it's almost unrecognizable

it's interesting and thank god ai shot on point. i remember a similar game but our ai aim is not that great and he need to shot a couple time to hit enemy but that one you can rework your plan mid mission.

my problem with this game is it feels more like a video editing simulator than a CQB game. Now I'm sure there are people who love this type of game however it doesn't feel like realistic CQB which I don't think it's going for. It's definitely more of a slow moving indie game that I could play for a couple hours but definitely something I would get bored of quickly as there doesn't seem to be much in the way of features and it has an extremely repetitive core game loop. TLDR: CQB is more about gaining intelligence on your enemies. Because this game doesn't allow you to gain any intelligence that you can act on, this is not realistic CQB.

There’s a game I remember from years ago that was kinda like this but not as in-depth and had worse graphics. I remember destructible walls and breach charges and they you started the game leaving a van on the attacking police side. Oh and there was a way you could cut the power as a cop and have night vision. I know this is a really really bad attempt but if anyone could tell me the name of that game it would be awesome as I spent a lot of time playing it

don't really prefer one over the other. I think the combat in DK2 is probably better, but the progression and campaign systems in NPB are sick.

Well in real life there isn't much reaction. That's why they call it the element of surprise. In reality you'd probably have about 3 seconds to react, in the dark, to someone kicking your door open all of a sudden with a rifle in hand. I'd you aren't standing there, aiming right at the door the entire time, your chance of reacting in time and not dying, is slim to none.

The Multiplayer Lobby needs work. Should be like onward so that you can see all of the lobbies. Multiplayer games die when you have to search for a game. We don't need the modes sectioned off. They should be all together. Great game otherwise. Just hard to find matches.
