After listening to this video I understand why I am making more progress with my business this year versus all the past years combined. I simply made a plan to relax more to let my anxiety pass. I always felt "stuck" in the past and didn't understand fully until this lesson. I created a routine of meditation, yoga, and breathing to help get me more centered emotionally especially when I was under stress and as a result I've achieved more progress on projects I had put off as well as had more opportunities open up to me. Even in the past when I did succeed I would sit back instead of taking taking advantage of momentum knowing that this inaction was insane! But, I had no motivation and would just berate myself instead! This video and the lesson's scientific basis fills in the missing gap of why I was sabotaging myself. In the end, it was a poor strategy that I was unaware that I was using but now I see I am on track and using a better strategy to move in the direction that I want. Good stuff!

I've spent just over a year subscribing to life coach channels; Tony Robbins etc. This video nailed it on the head for me Billy. I have everything I need to exceed and succeed in my life purpose. Maybe this is the moment to push forward... Thanks John

I believe that the real reason we're not taking action is because we don't really think about the difference between what we want to do and what schould be done. If you don't like doing it, no matter how hard you try you will eventually stop and get stuck, because you're always in a state of discomfort. But often, it happens to be that the things we're not comfortable with or don't like to do, are the things that have to be done (ex: studying, eating healthy or even going to work... ), that's the real problem. so in my opinion the solution to this issue is: Wether you learn how to love or appreciate the things you have to do so they become a passion rather then a liability. Or to find something that you already like doing and really passionate about that can push you towards your goals. However, it's highly possible that the real reason you're not taking action is that you're getting tricked by your own brain, i'm talking about the "hormone of happiness" dopamine, which can actually cause sadness, loss of motivation and failure. I recommend you look it up.

Thanks John, this has just set something free within me. I feel a new surge of determination. I just did what you said about writing down my fears and coming up with ways to reframe them and I feel much stronger, almost impatient to get on with taking action towards my goals. I really appreciate your genuine desire to help others.

I think were talking about people wanting to be absolute certain that they will be successful before taking action. .Since the future is not predictable by anyone,people end up feeling stuck, waiting for a feeling of absolute certainty and that wont happen.This was noted by H.Juntilla.

Thank you for explaining this John. I’ve been having this issue since last year & that woman’s issue was really relatable to what’s been holding me back. I know what I should be doing, my inner guidance is solid like do this & do that, but after some funky financial issues that threw me way off early last year, it’s like I went into a major rut. My intuition was still telling me what I needed to take action on, & I would even affirm “OK, I’m going to do this or that” but then I wouldn’t do it.

I'm struggling with this very topic right now in my life and its literally killing me slowly every day. I've even been in therapy for almost a year. I know i need to start a business to generate income that can get me to my dreams and goals in life. I'm the sole provider of my family with two 4 yr olds living in a 2 bedroom apartment. Is there any audio books that you would recommend to me ( or anyone reading this ) to help me get to the next level of my life. Thanks to anyone who took the time to read this.

I’m struggling with this problem right now and books/audiobooks will only help with reducing the anxiety and making you feel good however won’t do anything, unfortunately. Best remedy is to take action towards things that scare you big or small(currently working on it but see improvements)

Hi John, I have started all over a few times in the last 6 years...but you know what? I did because something in me didn't resonate well... and I have no regrets. Has it been tough? Yep! ...Has it been worthwhile? Yup....fast forward to where I am today...i am very happy with my life, Am I rich...no..but i have what money cannot buy.. and you just can't put a price tag on happiness!!! I do want more for myself? Yess.,.. and am working at making this happen....Thanks for sharing these videos! You are so very present in this training...very wonderful! thanks again : )

after setting goals plan is followed to 2 or 3 days and afterwards it is seen that no proper track is maintain.when studying books it is tuf to decide which subject to do by applying law of attraction i have solve many of my tuf exams and that was they highest in my life which i have score but after having some failures.After watching your videos i again start but it is difficult to judge when they break is applied to our self by our routines or some other works. I Am following they strategy start again & replace old by new habits. thanks for your videos it shows me to live life something differently and to do things. i.e to do our karma/job/work without disturbing our minds.

What is holding me back is the fact that I have to do it over and over again (chores and study). Even when am done the good feeling is limited because I know it will be a few hours and I'll be doing the same thing. I just wish it was the last time am doing it at least in days, but these are things u got to do everyday. I feel like it will never be enough no matter what I do. Please help me how do I refrain these thoughts

After reading the secret book and other books, I started using my gratitude journal for affirmations, and visualization in the past 2016. I am why my goals are not getting work like those who set goals. I am always fighting to avoid negative thoughts. I am wondering why it works for many Indian celebrities rather than me. Please advise

I really want to achieve certain things in life, but can just never get any true drive going. There is no identifiable "fear" to stop me. And (contrary to the usual dogma) "pain" and "pleasure" seem to have no effect on me whatsoever. I just keep procrastinating for years and years and never take action for more than maybe a handful of days, then I stop. Seems to me that "action takers" are a certain subset of people. All those who "learn" to take action were simply latent action takers to begin with. The rest of us have been hopelessly indoctrinated to become and remain wage slaves. Hurrah for public schooling.

You had me up until, "is it a probability?" Thats been the argument with myself that it is a probability. Thing is, i don't think failure itself is what stops me though. It's a "logical" reasoning of why waste the time, money, effort, pain ext? Just skip the middleman. Motivation seems impossible.
