*** PLEASE READ - THIS IS A RE-UPLOAD *** The Premier League struck my last video for using footage of the Burnley game... but I literally didn't... I only ever use footage that is already on KZfaq in other, monetised sources like comps, or my own material. I would REALLY appreciate it if, even if you've already seen the video, you like and comment on it to boost the algorithm! I agree. It’s so difficult to get this idea to resonate with people who don’t watch us day in and day out, and just see that we aren’t top of the league and haven’t won anything. Some of the things I’m seeing on the football pitch from a tactical point of view are world class. All credit seriously has to go to Arteta, none of this nonsense about “well if he doesn’t win the league this year he has to go, a top manager would’ve won it by now”.

I think the argument of Champions League being more open falls a bit when you compare the knockout rounds vs. the group stage. Group stage usually encourages teams to be more brave because you need wins in order to gain points. On the other hand, during knockouts, getting draws away from home is usually considered a favorable result

The problem with people today is that they don't watch football and they educate themselves on troll accounts on Twitter or bad podcasts, but they believe that they are capable of refuting opinions that they don't like, either because of fanaticism or because they want to be right. This has led to debates about specific players and not the teams even when this is a team sport, and on the other hand I have always said it and I will always say it, the worst enemy of Arsenal is its fans who ask for "standards" But when they have standards they ignore them because they believe that others are better and when they lose they make a disproportionate scandal. for me: 1 city 2 arsenal 3 madrid 4 bayern

I think you're underestimating Inter. They're good. I also think we'll fall short. It'll probably be a game we'll dominate but a team with one of those inevitable attackers will get a half chance and they'll bury it. I hope am wrong because am desperate to see us win this one. The key is to know how to stay alive when the tide turns in the game. When City learnt to do that and added an inevitable forward they won it.

A good side with a great upside, Arsenal are good enough to beat any team theoretically, as long as the 'inevitable' opponents like Vinicius and Mbappe are kept quiet. Otherwise, I think your points may also provide an argument for Atletico Madrid to win the Champions League, with a more experienced manager and squad. It's nice to not see it as a foregone conclusion

Any team that is a consistent challenger at the top of the PL is a genuine threat to win the Champions League. That is just a fact. We have been playing at that level for almost two years now. This is now the best teams in Europe. Make it past Porto and we are in the last 8. Then it is just about who can lift their game to that new level to win the darn thing. Wenger had years of making the last 16, and even the last 4, with teams not genuinely competing at the top of the PL. To think we don't even have a chance to win would be silly. Of course we have a chance. But I agree with you, I see this season as a re-education and re-introduction to the Champions League. To me the focus should be on having another tilt at the League championship this season. Whatever we do in the Champions League from tis point forward is just a bonus.
