This is an important philosophical question that aims to probe an atheist's insistence for evidence. What kind of evidence is an Atheist actually looking for ?

I was an Atheist.I was certain religion wasn't the answer. Then I became agnostic. Christianity never really got me. Now I'm beginning to think there's something in Islam. It's just so massive and current in our lives today that I think there is a reason its spread. There is evidence even though it's not conclusive to me at this time. I used to believe in an ever existing something and from that something the universe happened. But now I believe in a creator. Still got massive questions. Some things I just can't get my head around. Hopefully one day I'll find my answer.

Thank you. There are things like music being haram which make me think, is that what a creator would concern himself with?. I read that we shouldn't do things which don't concern us or make us better. But for me music does help you mentally. It's confusing sometimes because things seem to be up to interpretation. Also I don't understand why Allah put Mohamed on such a pedestal to us. To me it somehow takes some gloss off Allah. I listen to Br Hijab and am really convinced but then I think why would Allah be so concerned we live a good moral life but then we are rewarded with females untouched by man, with ample breasts. What about our wives . And what does he promise women? A lot of evidence makes me believe but there are other things which don't make sense to me. Maybe it is just Allah's way and you just do it. I feel like I do believe but not 100%. . And I think you have to be 100% because you can't just tell everyone you do and pray and hedge your bets. Because if you don't really believe a creator would know and your prayers would be hollow. Anyway I will keep watching these videos and learning.

I will try and answer some of your questions. Allah is concerned with us because he loves his slaves. This world is also a test. If we pass we go to jannah and if we don't then we go to hell. Music is among the many temptations that we have to resist. Jannah is filled with hardships while hell is filled with desires and ease. Also music opens the door to fornication and adultery. It's a tool of shaytaan. Isn't it amazing that the creator gave us something much better than music? He gave us Quran, which is the word of God. It soothes the heart and is a cure for depression. The prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is the messenger of Allah. He is the best of creation. Just read his biography. The amount of sacrifices and hardships that he goes to, to fulfill his task of conveying Islam is unimaginable. Yet he never lost faith or had doubt. He also cried every night for his ummah for hours on end. He buried all his children except one that outlived him. He lost 2 or more of his wives. He lost his mother and father at a young age. He lost his grandfather and uncle who took care him after his parents died. He was kicked out and insulted by his town. When he went to another town they threw rocks at him and spit on him and thew garbage out him while exiling him out of town until his feet was soaked with blood. He also buried his 2 month old son. And this is just what I remember off head, there is so much more. His character and governance, and justice is impeccable. Every prophet had a dua (prayer/supplication). And every one of them used it in this world. The prophet Muhammad (peace and blessigns be upon him) saved it and is going to use it for the Muslims on the day of judgement. This is who the prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is. But of course he is just a messenger. He was sent to convey the message that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is his slave and messenger. We love Allah the most then the prophets. We only worship Allah which is the creator. We only supplicate and ask of our creator. We don't associate partners with Allah.

Rusty Nail My beloved friend let me tell you something very shortly. There is no 100% intellectual certainty in life. You must choose for the way of life that makes most sense and than belief in it so you get a spiritual certainty of 100%. Part of being a believer is believing in the unseen and Gods wisdom.(Quran 2:4) Become my brother in faith! Become muslim!

At 10:25 you say it must have had the ability to change the situation. What is meant by this? What situation was changed? From what situation?
