Look at Eluid Kipchoge, he run with large heel drops yet lands on midfoot right under the centre of gravity. You just have to change your running form to avoid braking

I wear minimalist shoes every day because they help me run faster and because it makes my feet level so I can stand comfortably for a long period of time.

I've been running naturally for so long that people now are saying oh you need to work your breathing with your pace or you need to breath through or in to your stomach. I say drop that just nose breath through your chest and you'll be fine. Over the summer I have not worked out like at all and I was like you know what I feel like running so wanna know what I did I went on the coalton trail yesterday and ran 7 miles. When i nose breath it become perfectly in sink with my my bodies needs of oxygen. Imagine my intake of oxygen while running but it's the same of how you are sitting on your bed or couch just chilling that's how my breathing was. Just wear barefoot shoes train yourself to nose breath while running and you will never get tired when running. Or even you won't cough after.

I would run barefoot on my street at night all the time! But my feet are too tender haha. I want those shocks!

That's the whole point dude. U work up to being go barefoot. Ofc you prefer cushion when all you've ever know was that

no mention of how strong the foot has to be to support a human body. no mention of the work every day and week needed to develop strong feet to support the body. the cartilage and fascia has to work harder to support the body, it is not this simple and is a huge disservice to not truly informing people.

@@Miguelangelfilms94 I've tried running barefoot but debris on the road might be harsh sometimes. Would it be possible to to run on some basic running shoes without cushion such as the basic vintage reebok or the casual newbalance with minimum sole? Can I get the same effect sir?
