I actually find the conversation on working both hard nor smart very interesting, which takes me back to this one moment when I was managing this DJ kid. Here I was in a room with both him and his friends/roommates and we were coming from a gig that I put together for him. So this onetime I touched on a bit of hiccups I saw in my artist as his manager and BOOM peeps started having things to say and like tryna make me see like what I was saying was actually killing the good work my artist put in when in actual fact I was speaking from a "music business" point of view which they clearly had no idea about.
