33:43 If God was only powerful without being All-Powerful then it would mean there are rationally possible things which God can be powerless in, which would render God powerless. But God is All-Powerful over all things, which means that He is the Most Powerful in every situation, He has the Ultimate Control, and executes it according to His Will. And He is the Most Just, while we only see what's apparent, He Sees everything.
