​@@LiveErrorsyeah bonfire does, Vonage will probably be good in making stats stick in the deck, but it doesn't seem tailored to that being your going to have to run self damage or tap 4 times for it to be usable. I will say there are more cards and honestly just a few good rares or epics for big demon deck might be enough. I also just find pain warlock and a lot of the cheat big giants decks obnoxious.

@@LiveErrors true and even with that the deck needs more. I will say it's less that they aren't creating cards for the big demon archetype, but more that there supporting extreme aggro strategies. That of course is just my preference for gameplay I understand some do like that turn 5 lethal type of deck

the only biglock thay would be competatively viable anyways is a painlock biglock combination, meta is too aggressive to allow true big decks anymore. t. a big shaman main, over 2k matches won using only big shaman archetypes over the years.

rogue can already draw 30 cards in a few turns, and cast 0-1 mana 8/8 rushers. Do we really want them having access to the Good board wipes, warlock is usually blessed with?

They’re not “supporting demon seed” they’re following Warlock’s core class identity which is self-damage and downsides. Also lots of quests get incidental support from new cards. Bazaar Burglary got support from Wild Pack in the Whizbang Miniset, the new PiP Paladin cards work as support for The Last Kaleidosaur. Most quests were designed to flow well with a class’s fundamental design.

@@MinoriGaming Yeah, it's one of the main issues with quests. They often don't particularly deviate from a class' normal strategy in order to attain a strong payoff. Like, the idea is that a quest should make you play a little differently in order to get the powerful reward at the end. But instead we get conditions like "Play spells. As a Mage..." Which often results in quests becoming broken because not only do they get lots of intrinsic support, there's no cost to slapping them into your random deck and oh look now you get a powerful reward for doing what you'd have done anyway... It's why I think that honestly, Rogue's questline was one of the best designed quests they've ever made. Not only did you have to explicitly go out of your way to include specific cards in your deck (The SI:7 package), but the reward also wasn't a disgusting non-interactive "For the Rest of the Game" effect.

Stop saying nonsense, this card are too bad and expensive to change pain loc. Like they are no match to infinity 3 damage 11 mana spell and 1 mana 1/3 that deal 5. They are too weak.

Aye, none of these are particularly enticing for Rogue. Like even the synergy of discounting Drilly it's like... I play a 4 mana spell, so I can cast my 4 mana DR mech? The only upside is if you draw Drilly after spending most of your mana... But like, that's not a good reason to run a bad card like 4 mana deal 4 (Especially not when Rogue already has Sandbox Scoundrel for mana cheats. But there's still more cards to come (And it's not like other classes want to use every card possible, it's mostly just been 1-2 cards that are good to take) I'd be surprised if there's not at least 1 ultra-broken Warlock card that every Rogue deck will want to run.

The only playable one is Felfire Bonfire. Removal with a discount that you can keep for another turn is really good.

Grim patron doesn't work with this, it summons another grim patron which doesnt have the effect, it says whenever this minion survives damage summon another grim patron not summan a copy of this minion. But for the otk maybe on a board with an enemy minion use tamsin + this spell + a copy of the spell tamsin gives + another cursed souvenir+ another 0 cost made by tamsin + reverberation for 24 damage. Or even funnier you can use the same combo but use the jailor and use treachery to give it to your opponent so they can't kill the jailor they take 24 dmg at the start of their turn

Grim Patron doesn't summon an exact copy, it summons a plain Grim Patron. Use Underbelly Ooze instead.

@@ardaoguzhan8181 Oh yeah, my bad. I was thinking of the dungeon run treasure Patron that copies itself. I guess the best use would be Brann + Echoing Ooze + Tamsin. Put 4 copies of the spell on Ooze then Treachery it over to the opponent. At the end of turn it'll split into 3 buffed Oozes dealing 12 damage each at the start of the opponent's turn for 36 damage. For more damage you can Reverb the Tamsin to make more copies of the spell.

2 mana 3 dmg burst to enemy kinda works. If you also freeze the minion they will keep taking 3. You would need to stall a lot of turns tho. Kinda impractical.

What turn do you plan on playing it and how big do you assume it will be. Does playing it force you to hold back self damaging cards to get value out of fearless in the midgame. For it to be a molten giant you would have to deal 7 damage to yourself in one turn and also have 2 mana left over and hope you don't need to respond to the enemy board.

@@byrondejong9872 turn 4. It’s easy to do a large cycle with dark glare and finish off with either coin or raise dead to have 2 mana to slap down a turn 4 20/20 with that guy. Molten giant nerf and wild demon seed healing/crystalizer damage just don’t mix too well, it’s easily one of the worst cards in the deck

Its not an Inscryption reference, Ouroboros is a historical symbol thats existed for thousands of years, which is what both cards are based on.

There's no deathrattle synergy card in Standard at the moment.

The Demon Seed doesn't need a nerf. It needs to be deleted from the game.

1) None of these cards do anything for Demon Seed decks. 2) Ironically, your suggested change would actually BUFF Demon Seed because it lets them keep going infinite with Dark Glare mana gain...

How about we make it summon Demons with stat equal to damage (while still preventing the damage because of what tarille above me said)?

@@robertlupa8273 The problem with The Demon Seed is that it breaks an evergreen mechanic of Warlock and turns it into "Questline support". There is no way to balance this card without making it either unplayable or a completely different card, because converting self damage into a positive effect will always be broken.

Vona can work in Burgle Rogue. If you're already aiming for a slower gameplan with things like Cutlass and Maestra then Orobos can be nice value (Until it's stolen by Yogg or Poofed by Reno...). You can easily get the 8 damage by stabbing things (Especially with Cutlass)

@@tarille1043 You are right. And I am always aiming for slower games so it will be a good addition to the Burgle Rogue I am preparing. I hope the remaining Warlock cards will also be usable.
