Great tutorial, going back and fixing the original curve is the best advice to fix these kinds of problems.

I just did the intersection between screw thread and a bolt I couldn't bool unite. It found 477 intersections, most of which are short lines going along the bolt around the surface that is supposed to touch the thread model. What do I do now?

It is really depends on the situation. If the surface fold into itself, I will try to trim the problem area, and rebuild the surface.

Why add one point to rebuild curve? Why not 2 pts or 3? How do you determine how many points to add to rebuild curve

it depends on how many turn you need. Ideally, the less point without changing the shape is better.

the problem in boolean commnd is that cant worck when you have much objects maximum is 5 or 6 objects

if all the parts are closed solid form. some printers can take the print.

It is hard to say without seeing the model. Are the parts you try to boolean solid?

@@PJChenJewelryDesign no it is a sweep 2 rails surfaces that i blended the surfaces and joined them to create a mesh can't I Boolean them?
