All i knew for this pet is it came from a very old and special brazilian creator code at the summer update 2020 of pk xd, theres no clear information for this pet even u cant ride it which means its an old pet

you can still get boto every month but you need to go to brazil and locate the pkxd world, it's a very rare pet being known as the rarest pet due the design and due to the fact on how many people have it.
