I've been going back and forth on buying corner radius router jigs from Rockler for months. I've also wanted a 3D printer. I was able to get a new 3D printer for $100 and decided to buy one and just make my own jigs. It's not that difficult to set up. You don't even need to know how to design something to print since there are thousands of files out there you can download, for free, and make within a couple hours.
