I checked my blood glucose before eating and it was 117. I ate all the meat from 2 pounds of snow crab legs and one whole stick of salted butter for dinner and 6 medium strawberries sliced thin covered in heavy whipping cream. One hour after eating my blood sugar was 119, a 2 point increase. The goal every day is to try and flatline my blood glucose and to do that I keep my carbs as low as possible.

You’re very welcome! The struggle with food addiction is real and it doesn’t get the attention it deserves.

How did people survive in different parts of the world. The Nordic people had their fish and then etc. etc. for the rest of the world. The Mediterranean type eating. Asian people African people and South American people. Did they only live until they were 40 or something.

How do you find that kind of provider?

You can look for low carb trained providers at Low Carb USA and hormone providers from WorldLink Medical.

How about popcorn with lots of butter?
@teresamealythwАй бұрын
The butter is great. I’d skip the popcorn though. It’s just pure carbs with no nutritional value.

🤮 Hello heart attack and cancer. You need to eat vegetables. All of that saturated fat and salt will eventually cause catastrophic health issues.

We totally disagree with you on both points. The research simply does not support those old, outdated, observational models. Salt and cholesterol are completely safe for most. Insulin is responsible the clotting cascade which was in turn blamed on cholesterol. Insulin has affinity for salt which causes water retention that leads to elevated blood pressure and salt took the blame.
