You can switch from one employer to another. However you need to have tangible reasons to provide to your employers why you are leaving especially if your cos and Visa was sponsored.

You can only switch with valid reasons.

When you receive a certificate of Sponsorship, will you receive an invitation letter from your employer to come over, that is after getting your visa? is it advisable to call your employer and inform them of when you would be coming over from overseas?

Most companies have an on boarding process where they are in touch with you from after you receive your offer letter to your cos, when you apply and receive your visa and arrival into the country. There is meant to be communication between both parties.

I'm currently in the UK my employer said if I dont have a car they will revoke my sponsorship and tell home office. Is there anything else i can do to be safe in the UK? Please help 🙏

Where you informed prior to coming to the UK that you are required to get a car? Most employers would have informed you verbally or via your contract and this could be condition for giving you the job. You might need to reach an agreement with them going forward.

It depends on your company...some pay monthly...others pay weekly or bi-weekly

People are changing thier lives by starting thier career in healthcare as Domicialiry carers...people are doing it and surviving and progressing to better job options. It's up to you to ditch fears and chase your dreams. This video was meant to highlight realities faced as dorm carers.

Domiciliary care are companies that own thier own staff and they provide care for people in thier own homes. Agencies are companies that usually provide care staff for care companies.
