This guy proved to be one of the best defensive midfielders in a team that won 4 Champions Leagues with him in the starting eleven. And people are surprised that he's the one holding it all together when he arrives at United, a team that has had an abysmal midfield for years now. Duh. Premier league fans in a nutshell. He was always WAY BETTER than the likes of N'Kante.

Am really sorry I underestimated this guy at Real. He has been a warrior for United, Roy Keane must be watching him and concluding that finally he has a successor. Frankie can stay if he doesnt want to come, we are almost complete anyway. I think the club should consider prising Billy Gilmour off Chelsea who is rotting away on loan and restore the champion in him and the midfield will be complete.
