I loved working at chick-Fil-a, I miss hearing the teaching and business model methods from inside the organization. Trying to implement these practices everywhere, they’re world class.

Love this video! It is so great to hear how they operate! We don't have many in New York but every time we get there the EXPERIENCE is literally amazing.

They have good food and they treat their customers like gold...and they make it a point to drive home how important your business is to them...you have an issue? They listen. They compensate you. They go beyond what they need to do to serve you. Trust me when you're treated that way, you'll come back despite the price...every chick fil a I've been too I've been treated great...they've made minor mistakes and given me free food before which results in losses but because they did that I have dumped so much more business into them...long term, being treated so well has made tjem so much more money off me than a company that is cheaper but doesn't give two shits about my business
