Y’all need to do something about Casey LaDelle’s truck, that is still sitting at TEC Equipment in Redmond, Oregon while he gets the run around from a factory authorized dealership.

Cummins,in the interest of good pr and doing the right thing for a loyal customer - Casey Labelle(youtube) needs you to have a very frank discussion with the dealer concerned.

Why can't TEC Equipment in Redmond get Casey Ladelle's truck fixed? They don't seem to be upholding the Cummins brand.

If you really stand behind your product, why is Casey LaDelle's engine still not working correctly. You have a dealership that is showing only one thing, stay away from Cummins. How about getting someone who knows what they are doing out to Oregon, and get his truck engine fixed and back on the road.
