I grew up in an old farm house with few renovations. It was built in 1781… coming up on 250 years now. Basic renovations like bathroom and kitchen were done of course. But my bedroom ceiling was so low that I could easily touch the ceiling. The floor in the basement was dirt. I was glad to hear about the new electrical though. You don’t want to mess with keeping the old knob and tube functioning. One fire is MORE than enough! Lovely as always to see you enjoying the fruits of your labors!
