I'm guessing he was #1 overall, so in that context of being a no-brainer perhaps Dame at #6 could be considered better. But also in that context Clyde Drexler at #13 would be even better value. So no matter how you slice it it was a misstatement by the narrator of the video.

5:30 Anthony Davis HOF? Are you ok buddy? Yeah he was great in the bubble. But can't stay consistently good and get's injured a ton. Unless next few seasons he finds some untapped potential bubble AD was best what we saw from him and one title season is not enough for HOF especially when most of his season were not that great in terms of achievements.
