Why did I buy a 1999 Toyota TownAce Noah?

Ай бұрынThis is a 1999 Toyota Townace Noah aka Toyota Liteace Noah that has been professionally converted into a campervan.
So it is now a Toyota Townace campervan.
It has a 2L petrol 3S-FE engine in it, the same as the Toyota RAV4 gen.
The mk2 Toyota Townace is very rare in the UK but I'm looking forward to fixing it up.
I bought this because my dog, Fendy, isn't doing so well and her back end is going. so this will enable us to still get out and enjoy the countryside!

We had a dog named Booney just lost him 6 months ago at 16 years old. He suddenly midway through his life developed what the vet called a grass allergy. He would pull himself along like Mrs. Slug in the grass and then he would itch unbearably and he exhibited the same type of stretching rubbing that Fendi was doing. We changed his diet (on the advice of the vet) and bathed him with a special shampoo. The name of the shampoo escapes me. Please have her checked for allergies. As soon as my husband and I saw what she was doing on the video we said she has allergies! We love your and Fendi's videos. The van is really cool! Hope she feels better soon!

❤ The van Gaz. U will get many adventures out in it I became quite tearful watchin Fendi suffering with her legs. Brought it back for me with my boy Blade. Whom passed away February 15yrs old he was. I had him for 14 of those years. I know wat ur goin thro 🤗🥰

Great to see you have a van m8, trust me you will have many great adventures, i also have a campervan, a toyota hiace 2004 it is my home away from home and me and my little dog sit in the back of it every night at home while me and my neighbour have a couple of beers, i have even put a portable gas heater in there to keep her warm, i have all the mod cons in the van, each trip you do you will learn what you need to add in the van, eg cooking utensils etc, we hope your lovely little girl can get treatmant for the spasms in her legs, please keep everyone updated as everyone loves fendy ❤️❤️❤️👍

Nice set up! I like the pop-up roof feature, my sister's camping van didn't have that & my 6 foot husband would have to bend like a question mark to be in it. Yours is much better design. I hope Fendy is okay, poor girlie. ✌️🌷😊

Gaz. Great camper mate. Regarding Fendi ~ my spaniel had intra vertebral disc disease at 2. Long story short the disc ruptures and puts pressure on the spinal cord. It causes drunken sailor at the back legs and knuckling ie dragging front of claws. She had to have an op at royal veterinary college. Get her checked out mate. No steps. No throwing stuff and no stairs. Hope she’s ok. Lift her up. Great videos.

I love your van, mate. I suggest fly screens (see YTube vids) for air, ventilation and to keep the bugs out. Fendy’s back: “Frenchie's are prone to developing IVDD. This condition can cause discs along the spine to degenerate, and even herniate, leading to severe pain, loss of mobility, and even potential paralysis.” I hope this is not your Fendy’s issue.

Please keep us posted about Fendy we are all worried about her, she has become family to all us viewers and we love her tons. I hope you are doing ok, the vet can probably fix the spasms in her leg. I have a Shitzu and he tore his ACL in his right leg and has arthritis so I had to stop bringing him with me so I can only take Shepherd now.

One lesson I’ve learned since I bought my van is TEA TOWELS! You never can have enough,not to dry dishes but to stuff in places to stop rattling!

It will also open up more possibilities for some more outdoor travel & be good for Fendi now she's getting on in life, bless her ❤ With the windows, definitely get them tinted & choose the darkest one at the back, 5% limo & you will have much more privacy with the blinds for total stealth at night ;)

Alright Gaz! I like your little camper van, excellent. £44 for the gas bottle is expensive, but I'm sure, like the bigger ones, that you'll be able to get it filled up once you've used it all. Hugs to Fendi. Tell you what those, that exact grass last weekend had my standard poodle in hives, had to give him piriteez. He's a cream 45kg poodle so he looked an absolute mess. Hope the little lady is doing well and can't wait for an update. Love your new van. Will be good for fendi too having to not do too many miles. Sure you will sort the bits and bobs on the van. Keep on being real xx

Oh wow! Love the van, and you and Fendi will too! So sorry little Fen is having a hard time. Did the doc do a set of x-rays to show back issues, curious? However she I think like some others feel she may have some allergies too. I had a little Schnauzer and he was have the same symptoms! With his legs, and belly all red. Please have her checked for those, and I wonder if her back may be arthritis… 😢 Love you both very much, and please, please do NOT have anything to do with Scientology !! Please!
