Congrats on the new lake house! One suggestion for the backyard, add an outdoor stainless steel sink and cinderblock fire pit with outlet for a motorized Lechon spit. That way you can prep and clean fish or meat for cooking and grilling.

Felma tubiera - palagay ko pang matagalang tirahan yan...muna...malaki sigurado ang gastos pag- improvate ng bahay. Plus ang ganda ng location at ambience. Eventually if the price is right pwede ring i-"flip"....sa ngayon enjoy till sawa sila (if they get to that point). Sarap sa buhay, sulit pursikayod ! All the best to him. Moreover..magiging another bagong vlog content niya rin ang pagpi-flip ng bahay if he's not busy enuff.

Very relaxing place Sir. Ideal for outdoor leisure and commendable for cooking as well. I'm impressed with your entire content in the video. It would be more nice if you will build a simple cottage floating in the lake (running or immobile) and you will do the cooking show in it though the backyard itself is more pleasant to stay. Just for an addtional fun merely.

Napakaganda ng lugar fresco ang dating at maaliwalas ang paligid dahil May ilog sa likod bahay open air masarap pagandahin ang bahay pag maluwag ang paligid May harapan ,May tagiliran ,at higit sa lahat May likuran na pwedeng gamitin pag nagluto para makasigaw ang usok at masarap ang hangin. Galing sa tabing ilog thank you verry much
