I just bougt a 928 1983 euro s 300 and redid the exhaust system. What a blast to drive even with a 3 speed auto if set up correctly it is a rocket !!

I have owned many 911s, a 968, and a couple of Caymans, I still have a Macan S.....and just snagged a 928S4.......I really like it!

Nice purchase, car looks to be in good shape, especially the interior. Neither auto or manual is a bad choice. I have a manual, which is fun to go through the gears. Enjoy!

My euro ‘84 build is Rauchquarz metallic. It’s a ‘83-‘84 color only. I’m not going to go with it when I repaint but it’s a cool color

I think automatic suits some cars but not others. BMW - manual, Mercedes - automatic, 911 - manual, Rolls Royce - automatic. I think the 928 is an automatic car. It won't matter soon - all electrics are auto.

Agree! Although I think 928 can go either way depending on what your use situation is.

I was high on Marijuana when I placed a bid on a silver 1984 Porsche 928 automatic on ebay and won the auction back in 1999 and eventually sold it to a Hollywood movie studio stage guy for a $1000 profit and bought 1986 Porsche 928 5 speed 32v with 288hp about 40hp more horsepower than the 84 and still own 😂 BTW my last timing belt was replaced in 2003 with the newer EPDM belt😮
