Super consistent through Tirreno-Adriatico and a second place with third on mountains and 5th on GC and before that it was Comunidad Valencia, with a stage win and the points jersey, 2nd on GC and third in mountains classifications. When Pogacar is racing, UAE are pretty cohesive team... When he isn't leader then its a free for all..

correct me if i am wrong but within UAE i see a clear hirarchy. If Pogacar starts, everyone has to help him. If he isnt on the team, its everyone on its own.

I have a feeling that with the way UAE manages the team with Pog and without Pog that they will have a bad surprise in the TdF as they did last year.
