India and Pakistan started at the same place in 1947 and I would say Pakistan had a massive edge over India when it comes to development issue because of homogeneous population but since their major agenda has been Kashmir, everything else has been looked over. So the conclusion is that Pakistan mein kisi ke paas dimaag hai hi nahi.

Arnab Goswami is such a talented journalist. His Newshour program is excellent. The problem continues that he does not have the technical capability to turn off the microphones of people who do not answer the question. He looses editorial control of his program.
